Prayer Letter

October 2005

Dear Praying Friends,

THE FURLOUGH NEWS!  Have you ever wondered what furlough was like?  Let me see if I can come up with the words to describe it...catching up with family again, especially our four grandchildren (two born during our last term), driving thousands of miles and moaning about the price of gas, eating fast food, taking part in mission conferences, setting up the display, preaching, giving testimonies, reporting (by power point, no less!) on what God has been doing the past four years, staying in motels, renewing old friendships and making new ones, seeing what God has been doing in our supporting churches, missing the ministry in Bolivia, dreading the good byes, and looking forward to going “home”.  In September and October we are scheduled in nine back to back mission conferences!  So far we have seen over half a million dollars committed through faith promise.   In a recent conference, a young couple thanked us for coming and shared that God had just stirred their hearts to be missionaries, maybe to Bolivia ...

There is still time if you would like to schedule us in your church.  Please email us at paulfrizzell@bbfi.org or call (417) 864-6209 or cell # 417-350-0202.

THE “FRONTLINE” NEWS!  We rejoice in the good reports from the ministry in Bolivia in our absence.  This furlough all the churches, Bible Institute, Camp and Prison ministries are in the hands of national leadership.  Pastor Mario writes that VBS was a great success with a number of children coming to know the Lord as Savior.  Pastor Daniel writes that in special services over 200 attended with 50 trusting Christ as Savior. Pastor Alberto writes that the church is growing with the addition of several new families.

Prayer Requests:

1.  Pray for the political turmoil in Bolivia , especially the special elections Dec. 4th.

2.  Pray for the Institute graduation in December.

3.  Pray for summer camp in January.  (We are expecting over 300 young people!)

4.  Pray for a fruitful and safe furlough.

Yours for Bolivian Souls,

Paul and Barbara Frizzell
