Dear Praying Friends,

I have been here now for 3 months.  Things are going well, and I’m getting settled in.  I was able to find a house to rent that is in a safe area and located close to the other missionaries.  Praise the Lord for answering this prayer!

Monday, March 19^th was Father’s Day here in Bolivia.  We planned a special service for Sunday the 18^th.  Our people did a great job inviting friends and family, and we prayed for a great turnout.  God answered our prayers!  We had several first time visitors, some that they have been praying for and inviting for a very long time! 

Another project I’ve been privileged to work on here is a church hymnal.  We have been working on a hymnal that has a CD with all the accompaniments so that we can have a great music service, even if there are no musicians there.  This project is nearly complete now.  The hymnal is being proofread right now, and I am working on compiling the accompaniment CD. 

Please pray with me as I need to purchase a car.  I have just learned about a 1999 Ford Explorer coupe that is being sold by another missionary.  Pray that the funds will be available if this is the car the Lord wants me to purchase.
